• Men under 40 years old;
• Women under 35 years old;
• The absence of criminal acts or administrative offences (any shadow on the reputation can be a reason for refusal);
• Those individuals will have an advantage who own “demandable” professions for the development of the mainland – a geologist, a land-surveyor, a doctor, an oil-industry worker, an engineer, a heavy vehicle operator, etc.

Any person can apply for the “white passport” by contacting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of his country.

• Important note! When applying for a passport, an alien is obliged to sign an agreement that in the future he is ready to move to Antarctica. However, this is not mandatory and depends on the will of the person.

When the application is approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, it is sent to the G7 countries for review (Group of Seven, G7), which includes the USA, Japan, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada.

• Important note! In case one of the countries refuses the passport issuance, the person will be denied citizenship. Additionally, where necessary, each country can request any state authority of the applicant’s country.

The procedure for obtaining citizenship can take up to 6 months as each country is thoroughly checking the applicant.

The candidate can become eliminated at any stage of the procedure, as due to rigorous selection process any response may be the reason for refusal.

4. Screening of the candidate by the G7;
5. Antarctica World Passport acquisition.

5. Certificate of criminal record, absence of prosecution and administrative offences;
6. Certificate of the absence of infectious diseases, diseases that are dangerous to others, mental illness.
