1. Application;
2. Valid international passport;
3. Photograph sized 3,5×4,5;
4. Original or copy of rental contract;
5. Employment contract or prior agreement on the conclusion of the contract in the future;
6. Original and copy of the documents concerning qualification of future staff member, such as certificate of completion of special courses and diploma of higher education;
7. Police clearance certificate;
8. Medical report on the absence of chronic and infectious diseases and diseases dangerous to others.

Important note! Documents can be submitted both in original form and in the form of notarized copies translated into Czech.

The main advantage of the “Regime Ukraine” programme is an accelerated paperwork procedure, since Czech labor market is interested in attracting employees from Ukraine.

1. Get approval in government and business bodies;
2. Find a suitable candidate for the vacant position;
3. Prepare and send the necessary set of documents to a potential employee (Ukrainian citizen), in order for him to apply for labor card.

1. Find a suitable job in the job registry.
2. Contact the employer.

Each vacancy comprises contacts of the employer for contact and discussion of the terms of contract.

3. Contact the Czech Consulate or visa application center at the place of residence, as well as pay a state fee in the amount of € 38 (1000 CZK).
4. Wait for a positive decision.

Application of a potential employee is submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, particularly to the department for immigration and asylum. The decision is made within the time limit specified by the law.

In the case of a positive decision, the applicant will be notified immediately. After that, the Ukrainian citizen can enter the territory of the Czech Republic in order to obtain a labor card.

Upon arrival to the Czech Republic Ukrainian citizen is obliged to:

1. Provide his biometric data to the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the place of residence;
2. Pay the state fee in amount of € 96 (CZK 2500);
3. Be registered with the Foreign Affairs Department;
4. Be registered at the place of residence (should provide a rental agreement);
5. Get a confirmation that all requirements for issuing a labor card are met;
6. Get a labor card.

The labor card on the basis of “Regime Ukraine” programme is issued for 2-year period with possible extensions. Ukrainian citizen who had worked in Czech Republic for 5 years has the right for permanent residence if all the requirements of residence on its territory were met.
