User – an individual or legal entity presenting personal information by filling out the feedback form on the web-site with the aim of data transfer to the Web-site Administration.

Feedback form – special form via which User posts personal information with the aim of data transfer to the Web-site Administration.

2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of Web-site Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protection of the information regarding individuals and entities using feedback form.

2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of User data, including protection of personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.

2.3. Relations associated with the collection, storage, distribution and protection of User data are governed by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.4. The current version of Privacy Policy is a public document, drafted by the Web-site Administration, and is available to any Internet user when clicking on the “Privacy Policy” hyperlink.

2.5. The Web-site Administration reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy.

2.6. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Web-site Administration notifies the User by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Web-site www.ferratagroup.com.

2.7. When posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Web-site, the previous version is stored in the archive of records of the Web-site Administration.

2.8. By using the Feedback Form User accepts the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

2.9. The Web-site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the received (collected) User data.

3.1. Personal information such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, phone number, skype, etc. is transmitted by the User to the Web-site Administration with the consent of the User.

3.2. The transfer of personal information by the User to the Web-site Administration through the Feedback Form implies the consent of the User to the transfer personal information.

3.3. The Web-site Administration processes User data, including his personal information, such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, phone number, skype, etc., as well as additional information provided by User voluntarily: organization, city, position, etc. in order to fulfill obligations of Web-site User.

3.4. The processing of personal data is based on the following principles:

1. integrity, legitimacy of purposes and methods of personal data processing;
2. the compliance of purposes of personal data processing with the purposes predetermined and declared when collecting personal data;
3. the correspondence of the volume and nature of processed personal data to the methods and purposes of personal data processing;
4. the inadmissibility of combining the databases created for incompatible purposes of databases containing personal data.

3.5. The Web-site Administration processes User personal data with his consent in order to provide services / sales of goods offered on the Web-site.

The User personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and is used strictly for the purpose specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5.1. No User personal data will be transmitted to any third party except in cases specifically provided for by this Privacy Policy.

5.2. The submission of User personal data at the request of state bodies and local governments is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.

6.1. User personal data is stored indefinitely on the electronic media of the Web-site.

6.2. User personal data is destroyed on the basis of request of the User, or at the initiative of the Web-site Administrator without giving reasons by deleting the information posted by the User.

On the basis of request User has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data from the Web-site Administration.

The Web-site Administrator takes technical, organizational and legal measures in order to ensure the protection of the User personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other illegal actions.

9.1. The User has the right to make requests for the Web-site Administration in writing to the address specified in paragraph 1, including requests regarding the use/deletion of personal data, foreseen by the paragraph 3 of this Privacy Policy.

9.2. The request made by the User must contain the following information:

For an individual:
– the number of the document certifying the identity of the User or his representative;

– information about the issuing authority and the date of issuance of the above mentioned document;

– date of registration through the Feedback Form;

– inquiry in a free form;

– the signature of the User or his representative.

For legal entity:
– inquiry in a free form on the letterhead;

– date of registration through the Feedback Form;

– the request must be signed by an authorized person with attachment of documents confirming the authority of the person.

9.3. The Web-site Administration undertakes to consider and respond to User’s request within 30 days from the receipt of the inquiry.

9.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (in written / electronic form) refers to information of limited access and is not subject to disclosure without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request cannot be used without the express consent of the User except for answering the received inquiry or in cases explicitly defined by the legislation of Ukraine.
