• Copies of personal documents: Birth certificate, marriage / divorce certificate are notarized;

• Copies of accompanying documents: certificate of employment, bank statement, etc. do not require notarization;

• Accompanying documents not in English must be provided with a certified translation.

1. Receipt of payment of visa fees;
2. A completed and signed application 1415 form;
3. 3 Written permission from the applicant to provide information about himself to immigration agents or authorized recipients of the 956 form or 956A form;
4. 1 color photograph on a white background measuring 4.5 × 3.5;
5. A photocopy of the pages of the passport with the data of the applicant;
6. Documents confirming earlier international travel (copy of visas);
7. Proof of the availability of funds for travel;
8. Documents that confirm the purpose of a business trip:
   1. Invitation from an Australian organization;
   2. A letter from the employer of the applicant or organization describing the purpose of the trip and the proposed business activity in Australia;
   3. Documents confirming the applicant’s qualifications, registration or membership in a trade union.
   4. A person who intentionally attends an event registered in the Coordinating System for International Events (IECN) is not required to provide an invitation letter.
9. Other information or documentation that the person considers relevant to the purpose of the trip;
10. If the applicant is under the age of 18, fill out the 1229 form application, as well as:
    1. Copy of birth certificate (notarized);
    2. Written permission to travel to Australia from the parents (notarized), not traveling with the child, passport pages with personal data or another document identifying the parents.
11. If a minor child enters Australia without a legal guardian, the 1257 form is completed (completed by the person who accompanies the child);
12. If the applicant is over 75 years old, medical insurance will be required for the entire period of stay in Australia.

Depending on the circumstances of the applicant, additional documents may be required.
