Visitor visa in Australia

• Copies of personal documents: notarized copies of Birth certificate, Marriage / Divorce certificate;
• Copies of supporting documents: Experience certificate, Bank statement, etc. are not required to be notarized;
• Supporting documents that are not in English must be provided with a certified translation.

1. Receipt of payment of visa fee;
2. Completed and signed application form – 1419 form, for the Sponsored Family stream 1418 form;
3. Written permission from the applicant to provide information about himself to migration agents or authorized recipients 956 form or 956A form
4. 1 color photograph on a white background 4.5 × 3.5;
5. Photocopy of all pages of the international passport with data of the applicant;
6. Confirmation of international trips (copy of visas);
7. Proof of sufficient financial resources – Bank account statement (cash and credit cards are not accepted);
8. Confirmation of source of official income:
   1. Experience Certificate (applicant’s title, salary, duration of paid leave);
   2. If the applicant is the owner of a business – a document confirming the registration of the organization, the profit it brings;
   3. Confirmation of applicant’s property availability
9. Letter from the educational institution (school \ university) about the student’s status and the period of absence;
10. When visiting a relative / friend:
    1. Copy of the documents of inviting party (copy of passport and driver’s license);
    2. If the inviting party acts as a sponsor: a signed statement specifying the degree of support. With financial support, the inviting party provides proof of the financial resources availability (salary receipt, bank account statement).
11. If the applicant is under the age of 18 years, it is necessary to fill in the application form 1229 form , as well as:
    1. Notarized copy of Birth certificate
    2. Written permission from parents to travel to Australia (notarized), not traveling with the child, including their passport pages with personal data or other identification document.
12.  If a minor child enters Australia without a legal guardian, the 1257 form is completed (completed by the person who accompanies the child);
13. If the applicant is over 75 years old, a health insurance will be required for the entire period of stay in Australia.

Depending on the circumstances of the applicant, additional documents may be required.
