Austrlian work visa

• Copies of personal documents: certificate of birth, certificate of marriage \ divorce certified by a notary;
• Copies of accompanying documents: experience certificate, bank statement, etc. (do not require notarization);
• Accompanying documents, which are not in English, must be provided with a certified translation.

1. Receipt of payment of visa fees;
2. A completed and signed application 80 form, 1221 form;
3. Written permission from the applicant to provide information about themselves to migration agents or authorized recipients of the 956 form or 956A form;
4. 1 colour photograph on a white background with the size of 4.5×3.5;
5. A copy of the foreign passport with the applicant’s data;
6. Certificate of marriage or divorce, certificate of change of name (if any);
7. Proof of knowledge of the English language (certificate IELTS, TOELF, etc.);
8. A document confirming the qualification (Diploma, certificate of completion of courses, etc.);
9. If a job requires a professional assessment, you need to register with Trades Recognition Australia;
10. Characteristics from the previous employer, which includes experience and duration of work. The characteristic is submitted on the letterhead of the institution where the applicant worked. Get acquainted with the requirements for the profession here;
11. Summary (CV) indicating the positions held in the past 5 years;
12. Police clearance from Australia, if you have lived on its territory for more than 12 months for the last 10 years from the age of 16;
13. Police clearance from the home country, as well as from the countries in which you have lived for more than 12 months for the last 10 years from the age of 16;
14. The document on military service serving (if any); 
15. Moving with a spouse, the partner provides the following documents:
    1. Identity documents of the partner (valid passport);
    2. Characteristic letter to the spouse / spouse;
    3. Valid marriage certificate;
    4. Evidence of the sincerity of the relationship (joint photos, general bank statements, joint lease agreement, etc.)
16. If the applicant is accompanied by a minor child (up to 18 years old):
    1. Copy of birth certificate (notarized);
    2.  Child’s agreement on immigration to Australia 1229 form (filled in by the person accompanying the child, passport or driver’s license and a photo are attached);
17. If a minor child enters Australia without a legal guardian, the 1257 form is filled in (it is filled in by the person who accompanies the child and a copy of a passport or driver’s license are attached ).

Depending on the circumstances, the additional documents may be required.
